Eroge! H mo Game mo Kaihatsu Zanmai

Mochizuki Tomoya lives alone, barely making ends meet with his convenience store job. He loves eroge but lacks the skills to create one himself. Despite this, he dreams of working in the industry. One day, he finds a job listing for a local eroge studio, Flower. To his surprise, the company president looks like an elementary schooler, but he still lands a job managing their website. However, his excitement fades when he learns that Flower is on the verge of shutting down due to their first game's failure. After playing the game, Tomoya realizes the staff knows nothing about eroge. Encouraged by the parent company’s president, he decides to help them improve. As he works with the four heroines of the story, he teaches them what makes a good eroge, all while getting an inside look at the industry's struggles.
