In 2026, broadcaster PowNed, in collaboration with producer NewBe, will bring the brand-new fictional series "Bovensloters" to NPO Start. This gritty crime series, infused with Brabant humor, promises to be a unique combination of suspense and satire. In "Bovensloters," we follow Jamie, played by Na Young Jeon. Jamie, a Korean-Dutch anthropologist from the Randstad, becomes entangled in the death of Brabant underworld boss Jacques van Iersel (Jochen Otten) through a series of bizarre events. With no way out, she ends up at the remote farm of the mysterious Petra (Margôt Ros), where Jamie discovers a dark side of herself—and becomes dangerously enthusiastic about it.
