Boss Majhi Ladachi is a love story of Boss and her employee. The boss - Rajeshwari is weird by her nature due to her painful past with her family. She hates family and relationships. The only family members she has are her aunt and her cat Thakuli. Mihir, an architect by profession is working in her company. Mihir belongs to a big family. He has an allergy to cats.
