The trend of Hong Kong people going north to eat and drink continues, and over time they may have neglected the equally distinctive local flavors. In recent years, many local time-honored shops, restaurants and food factories have closed down for various reasons. Citizens should really cherish those who are still here and have been insisting on "Made in Hong Kong". The five hosts, Huang Jianwen, Xian Jingfeng, Pan Jingwen, Zhuang Zixuan and Wang Xunwen, led the audience into farmlands and fish rafts to witness the development of Hong Kong's agriculture and fisheries. The programme will also start from local ingredients and look for high-quality ingredients that are truly from Hong Kong or made in Hong Kong, in order to support a group of industry friends who stick to the original taste and help revitalise the local economy.
